Sample interview questions
I would begin with affiliate segmentation, retention and engagement data, owner research, and local market input. I would translate those findings into a calendar that aligns global campaigns, lifecycle moments, local activations, content needs, and event milestones, with clear KPIs for adoption, sentiment, retention, and growth. The plan would include regional adaptation frameworks, ownership by stakeholder, budget assumptions, and a recurring performance-review cadence.
I would map the owner journey and identify the critical actions that correlate with early activation, such as toolkit usage, campaign participation, and local support engagement. I would develop behavior-based email and SMS journeys with practical resources, clear calls to action, and tailored outreach for at-risk affiliates. I would test messaging and timing, then measure activation, resource adoption, retention, and re-engagement rates to continuously refine the program.
I establish a shared outcome, clarify roles and decision rights, and create a visible operating plan with timelines, dependencies, and success measures. I keep partners aligned through concise briefs, regular check-ins, and transparent reporting on risks and trade-offs. Building trust through preparation, responsiveness, and data-driven recommendations is essential when influence rather than reporting lines drives execution.
I would track unique users, repeat usage, resource downloads, time on key pages, campaign-hub adoption, and engagement by affiliate segment and market. I would pair usage data with qualitative feedback and business outcomes such as campaign participation, new-gym activation, retention, or local lead-generation activity. The goal is to identify which resources drive useful action, not simply which pages receive traffic.
I would define non-negotiable global brand principles, campaign objectives, and core assets while giving local teams structured flexibility in language, imagery, partnerships, channels, and cultural framing. Early collaboration with country managers and local community leaders would validate assumptions before launch. I would use shared templates and approval processes to maintain quality, then compare local results and share winning practices across markets.
