Sample interview questions
I would explain how I clarified the issue and business impact, identified the teams needed to resolve it, established owners and deadlines, and provided regular updates to the customer. I would close by describing the resolution, root-cause follow-up, and any process change that reduced recurrence.
I would monitor product adoption, support volume, unresolved escalations, stakeholder engagement, sentiment, and commercial signals such as reduced usage. I would validate the risk with the customer, document it in Salesforce, and bring the CSM a clear mitigation recommendation with accountable next steps.
I prioritize according to customer impact, urgency, revenue and retention risk, operational disruption, and existing commitments. I communicate expected timelines early, create a transparent task plan, and escalate resourcing decisions when priority conflicts cannot be resolved independently.
I would begin by listening carefully and acknowledging the operational impact without making unsupported promises. I would establish a clear action plan, coordinate the right internal partners, give proactive status updates, and follow up after resolution to confirm that the solution is working.
I would prepare performance against agreed goals, adoption and usage trends, major support themes, resolved and open risks, customer feedback, and recommended actions. I would align the material with the brand's operational priorities and include opportunities to improve outcomes through relevant Toast capabilities.
