Sample interview questions
I would segment accounts by charging use case, fleet size, project maturity, buying structure, and strategic fit. I would then map decision-makers and influencers, define direct and partner-led routes to market, set account-specific opportunity plans, and review pipeline coverage and conversion metrics regularly.
I begin by understanding vehicle duty cycles, depot operations, energy capacity, uptime targets, telematics needs, and procurement constraints. I translate those needs into a phased solution covering chargers, load management, software integration, service, and total cost of ownership, while involving technical specialists early.
I create a bid plan with clear ownership, qualification criteria, milestones, compliance checks, and win themes. I validate commercial and technical requirements early, coordinate internal contributors, manage clarifications, and ensure the final proposal directly addresses evaluation criteria and customer risks.
I would prioritize partners based on their access to target customers, technical capabilities, and alignment with our solution portfolio. I would establish joint account plans, opportunity-registration rules, regular pipeline reviews, enablement sessions, and shared success measures to create accountable co-selling motions.
I use defined opportunity stages supported by evidence such as confirmed business pain, stakeholder access, technical validation, procurement timing, and next steps. I update CRM records continuously, challenge close dates, separate upside from commit opportunities, and communicate risks early to leadership.
