Sample interview questions
I would begin by mapping executive, clinical, operational, procurement, and finance stakeholders; reviewing performance, adoption, revenue, and retention data; and defining the customer's business objectives. I would then create a joint success plan with measurable outcomes, risks, expansion opportunities, ownership, timelines, and a regular executive business-review cadence.
I would use utilization, workflow, outcome, and growth data to identify a genuine operational need, then validate that need through discovery with the relevant stakeholders. I would present a tailored business case focused on customer value, implementation requirements, expected ROI, and success measures rather than leading with a product pitch.
I would quickly identify the root cause through stakeholder conversations and account data, assess the business impact, and establish a recovery plan with clear milestones and accountable owners. I would communicate transparently, involve the appropriate Product, Support, Operations, or Training leaders, and maintain an executive-level update cadence until the risk is resolved.
I would track retention and renewal likelihood, revenue and average revenue per practice, product adoption, scanner deployment and doctor activation, support trends, stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction, and progress against agreed business outcomes. The metrics would be combined with qualitative relationship intelligence to distinguish temporary issues from systemic risk.
I align teams around a clearly documented customer problem, the expected commercial and customer impact, and specific actions with deadlines. I make progress visible, use data to support prioritization, and build credibility by acknowledging constraints while escalating only when the customer or business risk requires leadership attention.
