Sample interview questions
How would you evaluate whether a Korean-to-Simplified-Chinese transliteration is accurate and natural?

I would compare the source and output for preservation of meaning, appropriate character choices, readability, fluency, and adherence to the project's transliteration rules. I would document specific issues, such as incorrect sounds, unnatural phrasing, or inconsistencies, and assign a rating supported by the criteria.

How do you maintain accuracy when reviewing a large volume of repetitive language tasks?

I work in focused batches, consistently refer to the guidelines, and use short quality checks between batches. I also track recurring error patterns so that I apply standards consistently without losing attention to individual examples.

Describe your experience using both Korean and Simplified Chinese in a professional or academic setting.

I have used both languages to understand nuanced meaning, compare wording, and produce clear written feedback. This bilingual perspective helps me recognize when output is technically understandable but not natural for the intended reader.

What would you do if a task guideline does not address an ambiguous linguistic case?

I would first review all available examples and related instructions for an applicable principle. If the ambiguity remains, I would flag it through the designated channel with a concise explanation rather than making an unsupported assumption.

Why are you interested in AI language-data work?

I am interested in work that combines language expertise with technology and has a measurable impact on how AI understands people. Contributing careful, culturally aware evaluation helps make AI outputs more accurate and inclusive.
