The role, at a glance.
Binance is seeking a senior product operations manager to build and scale TradFi and real-world asset offerings within Binance Earn. The role evaluates investment-product opportunities, translates traditional wealth-management structures into crypto-native products, and supports launches through the full product lifecycle. It requires deep expertise in funds, ETFs, structured products, tokenization, stablecoins, and investment-product regulation. Success depends on close collaboration with product, business development, legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. This is a strategic, highly autonomous role for a professional able to connect financial-product design with user value, operational readiness, and commercial outcomes.

Sample interview questions
I would begin with the user problem, target segment, expected risk-return profile, and product economics. I would then assess the underlying asset quality, liquidity, operational model, regulatory feasibility, custody and tokenization requirements, and risk controls. A launch recommendation should include a clear product thesis, success metrics, implementation dependencies, and an explicit view of downside scenarios.
I would first isolate the product's economic payoff, embedded options, risks, eligibility requirements, and settlement mechanics. I would then redesign those elements into transparent user flows, plain-language disclosures, suitability controls, and scalable operational processes while preserving the intended financial exposure. The final design would be validated with legal, compliance, risk, engineering, and operations before release.
I would track funded users, assets under management, conversion, retention, repeat participation, yield competitiveness, liquidity utilization, operational exceptions, customer-support contacts, and risk or compliance incidents. I would segment results by customer cohort and product type to determine whether to optimize pricing, eligibility, education, distribution, or the underlying product structure. Metrics should be reviewed alongside profitability and regulatory-risk thresholds, not in isolation.
I involve compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders at the concept stage rather than treating review as a late gate. I define the applicable investor protections, product restrictions, disclosure standards, licensing assumptions, and monitoring requirements early, then design the product and operations around them. This approach preserves speed while reducing expensive redesigns and ensures innovation is sustainable.
I would create a shared launch charter covering the customer proposition, scope, decision owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable launch criteria. Regular working sessions would resolve open issues across product, BD, legal, compliance, risk, engineering, and operations, while an escalation path would handle decisions that cannot be resolved at the working level. After launch, I would run a structured review using performance and incident data to prioritize improvements.
