About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses – from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B – multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team – builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact – beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location – past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

The role

ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You’ll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue.

  • Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls.

  • Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand.

  • Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You’ll also handle the finance setup of every new entity.

  • Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests.

  • Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • You’ve administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases.

  • You’ve owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition.

  • You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you’re comfortable in SQL.

  • You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week.

  • You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it.

  • Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company.

Growth Potential

Sample interview questions
Describe a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment you administered and the most complex control or configuration you implemented.

I would outline the subsidiary structure, chart of accounts, segments, roles, and approval workflows I owned. I would then explain a specific segregation-of-duties or close-control improvement, how it was tested, and the measurable effect on accuracy, audit readiness, or close time.

How would you design a Stripe-to-NetSuite integration that reconciles reliably at month-end?

I would define a canonical transaction model, map charges, refunds, fees, taxes, and payouts to the appropriate NetSuite records, and establish idempotent integration logic. I would add automated reconciliation reports, exception queues, alerting, and documented ownership for resolving breaks before close.

Tell us about an ERP, billing, or finance-system implementation you led from selection through rollout.

I would describe the business case, requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, data migration, configuration, testing, change management, and post-launch support. A strong example would include how I aligned finance and technical stakeholders and reduced operational risk during cutover.

How do you decide whether to automate a finance workflow with an AI agent, an iPaaS workflow, or custom code?

I assess volume, process variability, data sensitivity, control requirements, failure modes, and expected maintenance burden. I use deterministic workflows or code for controlled system-of-record updates, while using AI for classification, drafting, triage, and exception handling with human review and auditable guardrails.

How would you prepare finance systems for SOX or public-company readiness?

I would start with a risk assessment and process inventory across R2R, P2P, O2C, access management, and change management. I would implement documented controls, role-based access, approval evidence, release procedures, automated monitoring, periodic access reviews, and clear remediation ownership.
