Core skills

Skills and capabilities most closely associated with this opportunity.

Sample interview questions
How would you approach discovery with a complex enterprise buying committee that includes HR, IT, learning, and executive stakeholders?

I would begin by mapping stakeholders, decision criteria, current business priorities, and sources of friction. I would run structured discovery sessions to identify workforce outcomes, learning maturity, technology constraints, and success measures, then synthesize the findings into a shared transformation narrative and phased solution recommendation.

How do you translate adult learning principles into an executive-level value narrative?

I connect learning principles such as relevance, practice, personalization, and application in the flow of work to measurable business outcomes. Rather than focusing only on content consumption, I explain how the proposed learning experience can improve capability adoption, performance, retention, and organizational readiness.

Describe how you would assess whether a customer is ready to adopt a platform-led learning transformation.

I would assess strategic sponsorship, workforce priorities, learner and manager engagement, content and skills maturity, data quality, integration feasibility, and change-management capacity. Based on these findings, I would recommend a realistic phased approach that addresses dependencies early and creates visible value quickly.

What data considerations are important when designing a learning and skills solution within an HR technology ecosystem?

I would evaluate the relevant data sources, ownership, quality, governance, integrations, identity management, and reporting requirements. These factors determine whether skills insights, personalization, analytics, and outcome measurement can be trusted and operationalized effectively.

How do you balance a customer's desired solution with commercial viability and operational execution?

I clarify the intended outcomes and constraints early, then work with Sales, Services, and Product to define a solution that aligns platform capabilities, services scope, implementation effort, and measurable success criteria. When requests exceed practical scope, I offer phased alternatives that protect customer value while keeping delivery achievable.
