Sample interview questions
I first convert the guidelines into a practical checklist and use it consistently for every review. When I encounter an edge case, I document the decision and compare it with prior examples so that similar cases receive the same treatment.
I would separate whether the conclusion is logically reasonable from whether it meets the evidence standard. If the required screenshots, retrievals, or rationale are missing, I would request a correction and clearly specify which evidence is needed.
I would flag the pattern to the project team with concise examples, its likely impact, and the relevant guideline section. I would also recommend clarifying the guidance or sharing an annotated example to prevent the issue from recurring.
I focus on observable requirements rather than personal judgment. I state what is missing or incorrect, cite the applicable guideline, and describe the concrete change needed for the work to be accepted.
I would check whether the result is relevant to the stated scenario, whether personalization signals are interpreted appropriately, and whether the rationale is supported by the provided evidence. I would also verify that the rating is internally consistent with the user context and project rules.
