About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses – from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world’s most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B – multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team – builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact – beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location – past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

We’re scaling from 1,000 → 4,000 employees across 50+ countries, and the complexity of our teams, hubs, and workflows is growing quickly. Our People Partners play a critical role in enabling leads, supporting peeps, and protecting performance and culture as we grow. As a People Partner at ElevenLabs, you’ll sit at the intersection of leadership coaching, organisational design, performance, and day-to-day people guidance.

You’ll be the dedicated People Partner for our entire Revenue organisation across North America and LATAM, working closely with the Revenue leadership team to understand their rhythms, challenges, and talent needs deeply. You’ll meet proactively with leads and teams, unblock people issues, and help architect the organisation ahead of scale, with Employee Relations and employment counsel on hand when cases need them.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can context-switch quickly, advise with confidence, build trust across functions, and bring clarity and calm to fast-moving environments.

You will

  • Act as the dedicated People Partner for Revenue across North America and LATAM, owning the people agenda for the organisation end to end.

  • Partner deeply with the Revenue leadership team to improve team health, performance, talent density, and organizational clarity.

  • Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads, surfacing issues early and guiding leads through People challenges and change.

  • Lead organisational design for Revenue as it scales, advising on spans and layers, team structures, staffing needs, capability gaps, and succession planning.

  • Support key People programs (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and lead enablement) for the Revenue org.

  • Collaborate with Employee Relations and employment counsel on investigations, complex performance cases, and early-stage ER issues, escalating at the right time.

  • Identify patterns across teams and regions and turn them into insights, frameworks, or new People initiatives that help us scale smoothly.

  • Partner closely with the Revenue People Partner for International to compare themes and surface them upwards to our CRO.

  • Partner with People Ops & Compliance teams to support terminations, mobility, local requirements, and compliance-heavy workflows across North America and LATAM.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting senior leaders and teams through the full range of people topics: performance, relations, coaching, growth, restructuring, and organizational design.

  • Hands-on organizational design experience, including spans and layers, team structures, and succession planning.

  • Experience guiding leaders and teams through change, such as restructures, team moves, or new ways of working.

  • Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness.

  • Comfortable working alongside Employee Relations and employment counsel on sensitive cases.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.

  • Comfortable owning both strategic partnership and hands-on execution, as the dedicated People Partner for North America and LATAM.

Experience partnering with teams in North America and LATAM, or an understanding of how People practices and employment norms differ across those regions, is a plus.

Sample interview questions
How would you approach partnering with a Revenue leadership team that is scaling quickly across multiple countries?

I would first build a detailed understanding of the organization’s business goals, operating cadence, talent profile, and current pain points through structured conversations and workforce data. I would then establish regular leadership touchpoints, prioritize the highest-risk people issues, and introduce scalable frameworks for performance, structure, and succession while adapting for local employment requirements.

Describe how you would assess whether a Revenue organization needs to change its structure.

I would evaluate business strategy, growth projections, customer segments, management spans, decision rights, capability gaps, performance trends, and leadership capacity. I would use those findings to present practical structural options, clarify trade-offs, and support leaders with an implementation and change-management plan.

How do you handle sensitive employee-relations issues while maintaining trust with leaders and employees?

I establish clear facts, protect confidentiality, document decisions carefully, and apply policies consistently. I communicate what can be shared transparently, involve Employee Relations and counsel early when appropriate, and ensure that outcomes are fair, timely, and aligned with both company values and local legal obligations.

How would you identify systemic people issues across North America and LATAM?

I would combine qualitative signals from leader and employee conversations with quantitative indicators such as attrition, engagement, performance outcomes, promotion patterns, and hiring data. I would look for recurring themes by function, manager, location, or employee lifecycle stage, then convert those findings into focused interventions and clear recommendations for leadership.

What does effective leadership coaching look like in a high-velocity environment?

Effective coaching is practical, timely, and tied to business outcomes. I help leaders clarify the situation, identify the decision or behavior that will have the greatest impact, consider people and organizational risks, and leave with concrete next steps and accountability rather than abstract advice.
