Your Role: A Blend of Visionary and Executor

You’ll lead in fine-tuning our product journey, focusing on leveraging customer insights to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, effectively managing churn rates. Simultaneously, you’ll have the creative freedom to introduce select products that embody our brand values, all while strategically boosting our Average Order Value (AOV) to ensure every offering delivers maximum impact and aligns with our customers’ aspirations.

Salary: 1200-2500 EUR after taxes (depending on experience) + bonus percentage
