Jobicy Resume Posting Policy

By utilizing Jobicy’s resume posting service, you commit to the following stipulations:

1. Genuine Representations: Your resume should not impersonate another person or contain false, misleading or inaccurate information. It should not host advertisements or solicit business proposals such as franchises, distributorships, or any opportunity that demands a monetary investment from the user.
2. Detail and Clarity: Your resume must include sufficient details to clearly express the nature of the job opportunity or your qualifications as a candidate. Encouraging the user to “email for more details” is not permitted. Any third-party documents that impose a fee or limit complete access to all resume information are strictly prohibited.
3. Accuracy and Authenticity: Your resume posting should accurately represent a living individual seeking employment on a full-time, part-time, or contractual basis.
4. Content Prohibitions: Your resume may not contain:
   • Any discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or offensive content.
   • Chain letters or pyramid schemes.
   • Unauthorized URLs or links, copyrighted material unless you have appropriate rights or permissions.
   • Trade secrets without owner’s permission.
   • Material that infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates privacy or publicity rights of others.
   • Hidden keywords or white text keywords.
   • Opinions, sales pitches, or notices, commercial or otherwise.

Jobicy is not obliged to monitor the documents posted on the site, however, we reserve the right to review resumes at our discretion. Resumes found to be violating the above rules may be removed without notice.

Email Agreement:

Jobicy respects your privacy. We gather a variety of personally identifiable information such as email address, IP address, and message content, and we use it as follows:

• To respond to your queries via email.
• To log server interactions, including IP Address and the requested page. Your IP address is not linked to your email address or Jobicy profile.
• To contact you about Jobicy’s services, events related to our industry, or to gather your opinion on relevant matters.
• To communicate with you regarding reported problems or malfunctions.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

Jobicy values your privacy and will not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, except as required by law or to respond to legal processes.

By using our website, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information such as your social security number, credit card or bank account details when applying for a job online. By posting your resume, you accept the responsibilities listed below and acknowledge that you can remove your resume at any time. Jobicy reserves the right to remove a candidate’s resume and prohibit its reposting for any reason.

Candidate Responsibilities:

As a candidate, you agree to the following:

• Maintain confidentiality by not including personal contact information in the body of a publicly visible resume.
• Respond to all employer correspondence regarding your application.
• Assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide to Jobicy.
• Use Jobicy services ethically and legally.
• Accept sole responsibility for any communication you may have with potential employers found via Jobicy.
• Not to copy, modify, distribute, or sell any proprietary information of Jobicy.
• Only use authorized services.
