Senior IT Executive & AI Automation Developer

I lead corporate IT for one of Brazil's largest retail distributors, serving more than 4,000 employees. I reorganized the IT team and governance model, introduced ITIL, Kanban, and agile practices, reduced project backlog, migrated SAP to hyperconverged infrastructure, and reduced consulting costs by 40% while preserving service quality.

I lead cloud modernization and the implementation of TOTVS Cloud ERP, replacing heavily customized ERP environments to support AI adoption. I also introduced AI-assisted development and operational automation, including automated document flows for MDF-e, CT-e, CIOT, and toll voucher issuance.

In parallel, I design and operate production AI initiatives, including a multi-agent WhatsApp platform and PWA, more than 40 agents and automations running continuously, a multi-LLM router, AI financial automation, and edge computer vision access control.

I led technology transformation for a market-leading Brazilian surety insurance company. Through technology initiatives, I helped support growth in annual insurance premiums from BRL 255 million to BRL 620 million.

I reorganized the technology organization, established project governance and IT Support & Operations, and deployed Oracle, Zendesk ITSM, Salesforce, and Senior Sistemas. I also built a corporate data center, redesigned legacy architecture, optimized infrastructure, and led migration to AWS and Azure.

My responsibilities included information security, LGPD compliance, IT right-sizing, due diligence, and business continuity planning. I also delivered an online insurance sales platform and deployed chatbot, blockchain, and QR code solutions for a new business unit in Bogotá.

I progressed from Support Analyst to Systems Analyst, IT Supervisor, IT Manager, Infrastructure Coordinator, and Corporate IT Coordinator at a global automotive parts manufacturer. I managed technology across five manufacturing plants, reporting to headquarters in Madrid and Mercosur regional leadership.

I expanded technology capabilities for new and acquired businesses by building teams, deploying systems, and leading due diligence activities. I applied Kanban and Lean Manufacturing practices, optimized automation areas, and implemented electronic inventory management.

I commissioned two new manufacturing facilities and designed and built three corporate data centers. I also led SAP, TOTVS, and IBS implementations across five manufacturing units.
