About

Professional summary

I am a DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer with over three years of experience building, operating, and automating cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. My focus is on reliable, scalable systems, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and incident management.

I currently support a regulated Microsoft Teams compliance-recording platform used by more than 70 enterprise customers, primarily global banks and financial institutions. I work across Azure services, virtual machines, application components, monitoring systems, and operational processes to maintain high availability and reduce operational risk.

I enjoy eliminating repetitive manual work through automation. I have created Azure Automation runbooks, Terraform-based infrastructure workflows, PowerShell utilities, Python and shell scripts, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.

My experience includes Kubernetes, Docker, GitOps, cloud security controls, monitoring, log analysis, and root cause analysis. I use tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, KQL, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, and Splunk to improve system visibility and accelerate incident resolution.

I am comfortable working across development, QA, and production environments, coordinating releases, planning rollbacks, and troubleshooting complex production issues. I am motivated by building dependable platforms, improving engineering efficiency, and delivering resilient cloud operations.

Software Engineer – Site Reliability / Cloud Operations Xoriant (Client: NICE)

I operate and automate the NTR-X regulated Microsoft Teams compliance-recording platform on Azure for more than 70 enterprise customers, including global banks and financial institutions. I handle incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, platform upgrades, environment conversions, and post-deployment validation across Azure services, VMs, and application components.

I replaced an Excel-driven upgrade process with a multi-stage Azure Automation runbook pipeline using managed identities, JSON customer configuration, idempotent stages, and fallback gates. I also built PowerShell tools for log collection, RabbitMQ backups, service management, and Azure file-share mounting, while creating Azure Monitor and Application Insights dashboards. My KQL analysis reduced false critical alerts and helped identify a production defect escalated to R&D.

DevOps/Implementation Engineer Amagi

I configured AWS and GCP infrastructure for new channel launches, supporting growth in active users while maintaining a 99.99% uptime target. I worked across development, QA, and production environments to standardize infrastructure and deployment workflows.

I automated repetitive deployment activities using Terraform, Python, and shell scripting. I built CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins, accelerating releases by 42% and supporting rapid rollback after QA failures. I also maintained ArgoCD GitOps deployments on Kubernetes and integrated AWS MediaLive and MediaConnect for live and VOD workflows.

DevOps Engineer XchangeTechs

I managed microservice deployments across development, QA, and production environments on a weekly release cycle, maintaining less than two minutes of downtime per release. I provisioned AWS infrastructure with Terraform to reduce configuration drift and remove manual dependency management.

I developed Jenkins and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment consistency and reduce delays. I containerized an automated test suite with Docker and ran it hourly as a Kubernetes CronJob. I also used GCP services and scripting to reduce manual job execution time by 40%, while configuring IAM roles, VPC rules, and EC2 policies to strengthen access control.
