Advocate-on-Record

I serve as an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, handling complex constitutional, consumer protection, insolvency, healthcare regulation, disability rights, taxation, service law, criminal law, and public policy matters.

I prepare pleadings, litigation briefs, legal opinions, analytical notes, and publication-oriented legal material. My work requires synthesising legal, medical, technical, and regulatory information for matters with significant public and consumer impact.

I act as Panel Counsel for the Union of India and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in matters before the Supreme Court of India.

My work includes drafting, appearances, and arguments in disputes involving constitutional law, consumer protection, insolvency, healthcare regulation, privacy, telecommunications, education, environmental issues, and unfair trade practices.

I assist in litigation before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, district courts, and tribunals across competition law, insolvency, consumer protection, media and telecommunications, constitutional law, and commercial disputes.

I draft pleadings, written submissions, briefing notes, legal opinions, and research memoranda. I also review and synthesise large volumes of documentary, technical, and regulatory material for litigation and policy analysis.

I assisted and appeared before the Bombay High Court and City Civil Court in civil and commercial litigation.

My work covered project finance, property, contractual, and regulatory disputes, including litigation research and drafting on education regulation, constitutional issues, contracts, and commercial disputes.
