I’ve taken my professional career to many heights, between two different countries, and persevered through all of the chaos. I started the workforce at 17 years of age at Six Flags, to now managing my own small business as a Graphic Designer. I believe my personal development over the years, guided me to inherit strong emotional intelligence and communicative skills, along with many others. However, I emphasize emotional intelligence and communication because these traits play key roles in leadership and teamwork collaboration. Whether it’d be hosting an event, leading a team, or being a friendly face to your consumers, I am a highly skilled candidate for any given circumstance.
I am the owner of Mcfarlane LLC, an active graphic designing and administrative services business. The skills I acquired from previous work experience are executed to preform a range of services for other businesses. Including, but not limited too, drafting company contracts, creating new hire PowerPoints, advising for marketing tactics, designing logos, and much more.
As a personal banker, I would process new accounts (Estates, Personal, Business, Retirement, and Investment), process loans and HELOCs, send wires, and advise customers on the best retail products for everyday and long-term needs. Relationship Bankers were required to cross-train as Bank Tellers when hired, I am well equipped to preform both job descriptions.
Shortly after the lockdown mandate, I joined the Micromi Team and managed to regain customers while maximizing our online sales. Once we were cleared to welcome clients back into our beauty studio, I implemented creative strategies to sell packages, introduced paid training courses, hired talented staff, and successfully raised service prices while retaining positive customer feedback.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium, a newly built arena, and I amongst others were the first to be hired. I worked in guest services; My team and I helped our guests with any ticketing issues, complaints, and or concerns they may have had. We informed all customers on arena whereabouts, and we ensured that all company rules and regulations were followed for their own safety and others.
