As a previous recruitment lead consultant at Goldman Sachs via AMS as a specialist, I contributed to process improvements, metrics reporting operational compliance adherence across various business divisional projects. A recent achievement I would like to share included providing support for Investment banking Columbia business recruitment project where I used the division recruitment data point as reference for improving the curation of an effective project implementation resulting in the ongoing IBD business recruitment strategy.
