Assisted in subpoena and billing processes as a private contractor, collected and assembled medical examination
packets for expert witness statement at trial. Inspected record quality and progress management.

Worked from a sales associate to an operational store manager over the course of 3 promotions, oversaw up to 5 locations and 45 employees. Set company record for amount of Justice Store Credit Cards opened in one day. Analyzed store performance metrics and identified areas for improvement, resulting in growth at each location worked. Managed promotional planning and execution, sales forecasting, on the spot problem solving, asset protection, conflict resolution, recruitment/training and development of store staff.
