As an individual I’m driven in finding ways to help others. I had the blessing of working as an intern at California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA). With this experience I hope to expand my horizons and get more experience into knowing what rights individuals are entitled to. Professionally I hope that I’ll be able to work at a firm in the future and collaborate with local nonprofits to improve the community I live in.
Assisted my mentor with drafting documents for clients ,as well as communicating with clients on my mentors behalf , reading through lease agreements , case files , local and state ordinances as well as attending trial preps to shadow my co mentor
