With an MSc in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin and five years of HR experience, I am a Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where I source, train, and monitor sales consultants, grow client base, and handle HR matters for the show floor staff.
Previously, I led the recruitment at EY, where I successfully attracted, selected, and onboarded top talent, spearheaded full-cycle HR processes, coordinated and conducted recruiting events, ensured diversity and inclusion in the recruitment practices, and managed and updated the HR systems.
