Lawyer / Legal Manager

• Leading, overseeing, coordinating and supporting projects in real estate (lease, sale purchase, construction), procurement and corporate spheres in different jurisdictions (Cyprus, Germany, Armenia, Poland, Serbia, USA etc.);
• Drafting contract templates and other various legal documents (resolutions, powers of attorney, letters, claims and policies);
• Reviewing and negotiating international contracts (MSA, services, NDA, marketing etc.);
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth working with contractors and suppliers, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Keeping registers of contracts, creation checklists, developing methodologies, and enhancing processes of cooperation between departments;
• Provision of expert legal advice on international business matters, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external legal consultants.

• Management and delivery of detailed due diligence in different industries, coordinating international and multi-functional teams within the frames of cross-border projects;
• All-inclusive support of various transactions, incl. M&A, from NDA signing to closing: drafting and negotiating the documentation, organization of signing, control of execution, and liaising with state bodies;
• Legal advice on various issues concerning real estate, procurement, general issues of corporate, civil, commercial and privacy law;
• Drafting and negotiating different types of contracts (construction, lease, supply, sale and purchase, services etc.);
• Protecting the clients' interests in court procedures.

• Management and delivery of detailed due diligence in different industries, management of teams;
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, incl. M&A, real estate asset deals, commercial contracts;
• Legal advice on various issues concerning real estate, litigation, commercial, corporate and privacy law;
• Drafting legal opinions for other company departments on various legal issues.

• Leading private clients' projects on transactions with real estate, family and other sensitive matters of high net worth individuals;
• Protecting the clients' interests in court and administrative procedures in various spheres;
• Legal advice on various issues concerning real estate, litigation, commercial law, corporate law, labor law, family matters;
• Participation in due diligence projects in different industries;
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (in real estate, commercial, M&A, corporate spheres).

• Drafting transaction documents, primarily in real estate sphere (lease and sale-purchase agreements), maintenance and control of correspondence with counterparties;
• Legal research on various subjects (real estate issues, civil law in general, corporate law, labor law);
• Liaising with state bodies for protection of the clients’ interests.
