About Me
I am a strategic and impact-oriented leader with a strong record in human capital development, cross-sector program coordination, and inclusive leadership. Currently, I serve as an HR & Administration Manager at Northlight Living Company, where I lead strategic workforce planning, develop training and performance review systems, and ensure legal compliance across departments. I am also a freelance Recruitment Consultant, advising clients and candidates on job market trends, designing tailored hiring campaigns, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Previously, I worked as an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Kurdistan Pipeline Company, streamlining payroll and benefits operations, coordinating performance reviews, and managing recruitment and onboarding processes. I also have project coordination experience, having managed infrastructure project schedules, quality assurance, and reporting.
My background includes project management roles in civic engagement and educational development, where I led teams, designed curricula, and built strategic partnerships with NGOs, universities, and government bodies. Additionally, I have experience in public relations management and teaching mathematics, which have strengthened my communication and leadership skills.
I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr, expected in 2026, and hold a BSc in Highway Engineering from Erbil Polytechnic University. I am certified in various HR and project management disciplines, including Microsoft Project and global educational leadership. I am fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic, with good proficiency in Urdu and Turkish.
