I am a recruiter with over 7 years of experience in attracting and selecting talent across both technical (IT, digital) and non-technical roles such as sales, business, and support. I specialize in end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience, with expertise in building talent pipelines and establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers. My international experience has exposed me to multicultural and multilingual environments, and I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian. Throughout my career, I have worked in various recruitment roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Internal Recruiter, and Recruiter, focusing on both IT and business roles. I have extensive experience using ATS platforms such as ICIMS, Huntool, Freshteams, and SmartRecruiters for candidate management and reporting. My recruitment expertise covers a wide range of roles, including DevOps, Web Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Network Engineers, Service Desk, Onsite Engineers, Android/iOS Developers, IT Support, Sales Managers, Project Directors, and SAP freelancers across Europe.
