Call Center Agent - Non-voice Support

I am Ana Rose O. Benjamin, a dedicated and hardworking individual from the Philippines. I am eager to work in an environment that encourages professional growth and allows me to utilize my skills and knowledge effectively. I have experience working in various roles including beautician, front desk clerk, housekeeping, service crew, and call center agent with non-voice support. Additionally, I have experience as a government office teacher and tutor for one year.

I am proficient in multiple languages including English, Hiligaynon, Tagalog, Cebuano, and Spanish, which helps me communicate effectively in diverse environments. I have attended various trainings and seminars such as Food and Beverage NCII, Mixology Class, Food Handlers Orientation Seminar, and National Service Training Program.

My skills include strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and technology best practices. I am a fast learner and have experience as an encoder. I am passionate about reading books, volunteering, hiking, mountain climbing, listening to music, and painting.

I have volunteered in election activities and assisted with organizing special events like birthday and holiday parties. I have also helped implement after-school programs for elementary school children, demonstrating my commitment to community service and education.
