About Me

I am a dedicated IT Recruitment Officer with experience in identifying recruitment needs and proactively sourcing qualified candidates, particularly through professional social networks. I have successfully managed the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring transparent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. During my tenure, I recruited over five IT profiles including developers and testers.

Beyond my professional experience, I am actively engaged in associative work focused on environmental protection and cultural promotion. I participated in field activities to raise awareness about pollution and organized educational events to promote environmental protection.
