International Recruiter

I am an international recruiting and talent acquisition professional with more than 21 years of experience across executive search, business development, and HR consulting. My background combines full-cycle recruitment, client relationship management, and strategic hiring support for organizations in multiple industries.

I currently work as Founder and Managing Director at Euro America Partners / EA Partners, where I lead executive recruiting and selection for middle and top management roles. I also manage a team delivering HR solutions such as assessment, coaching, leadership training, and outplacement.

Throughout my career, I have recruited professionals from analyst level to C-level executives across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and the United States. My experience covers sectors including automotive, energy, mining, manufacturing, technology, finance, HR, supply chain, sales, marketing, production, and operations.

I have also worked as a Principal Consultant, Business Manager, Associate & Partner, Senior Consultant, and Contract Coordinator, which gave me a broad perspective on executive search, sourcing, negotiations, and project coordination. In addition, I have experience in investment consulting and contract management.

I am recognized for building strong relationships with HR leaders, directors, and CEOs, and for delivering high-quality service based on trust and transparency. I have been awarded for top placement performance and have a strong client-focused approach.

Beyond recruitment, I have founded a boutique consulting firm and provide HR-related services such as assessments, individual development plans, leadership training, and outplacement. I also have volunteer teaching experience in English and Spanish, and I am fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish fluency and intermediate French.
