About Me
I am a senior program and project manager with a strong background in IT/IS, cross-functional operations, supply chain, and logistics. Over more than 27 years, I have led complex initiatives across engineering, finance, HR, operations, and logistics in large multinational environments.
I built my career at Renault Argentina and EDS (now Hewlett Packard), where I coordinated multi-site operations, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and worked as a control tower across diverse stakeholder groups. My experience combines technology leadership with deep operational execution.
I have managed industrial IT/IS functions, enterprise systems, vendor relationships, SLAs, and service quality across local and offshore teams. I also worked on enterprise applications such as SAP and Baan, and led software projects and corrective actions in global IT services settings.
In logistics and supply chain, I have overseen after-sales parts distribution, inbound and outbound transport, export operations, warehouse management, and cost control. I have led teams, subcontractors, and large-scale processes supporting domestic and international delivery networks.
More recently, I founded and led a B2B logistics software platform from zero to one, handling product definition, digital contracting, operating model design, and go-to-market planning. I also coordinated the setup of an industrial warehouse, including layout, equipment, permits, and office construction.
I am trilingual in Spanish, English, and French, with intermediate Portuguese, and I am available for remote work with international companies. My profile reflects a blend of strategic leadership, operational discipline, and hands-on delivery across technology and logistics domains.

Built a B2B logistics marketplace from zero to one, including product definition, digital contracting processes, supplier network development, operating model design, and go-to-market strategy. Coordinated software development using Agile/Kanban workflows with Jira and led warehouse setup and commissioning.
Coordinated multiple concurrent workstreams across two sites, managed real estate and facilities services, company fleet, travel and expenses, catering, and building maintenance. Oversaw HR performance control and managed a multi-million-USD budget.
Managed after-sales parts supply chain and warehouse operations, including procurement from suppliers, stock control, traceability, and distribution to domestic and international delivery points. Led direct staff and subcontracted teams while tracking KPIs and managing a multi-million-USD budget.
