About Me
I am a Human Development Consultant with more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing training programs, labor competency assessments, organizational productivity initiatives, and adult learning solutions.
I have collaborated on projects linked to the International Labour Organization (ILO), competency assessment centers, and private-sector organizations, which has strengthened my experience in competency management, quality models, and productivity improvement.
I founded EsteL@b to support adults and entrepreneurs in adopting digital tools, artificial intelligence, and professional online presence strategies. Through this initiative, I design digital accompaniment programs, virtual workshops, and personalized mentoring.
My background includes virtual facilitation, instructional design, digital literacy, talent development, organizational change, and educational content creation. I also have experience supporting organizations with labor competency evaluation, training delivery, and evidence verification for certification processes.
