Benefits Analyst

I am a PHR-certified Human Resources professional with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and progressive experience across employee benefits, HR operations, leave administration, HRIS, payroll support, and employee communications.

I have built a career around helping employees and organizations navigate complex benefits and HR processes with clarity, accuracy, and care. My background includes administering benefit programs, resolving difficult issues, and partnering closely with payroll, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

I am known for building trusted relationships and delivering strong client service. I enjoy working through detailed problems, improving workflows, and making HR processes more efficient and user-friendly.

My experience also includes supporting leave administration, workers’ compensation, onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and documentation. I bring a practical, process-oriented approach to HR work and value compliance, consistency, and responsiveness.

I am comfortable working with HRIS systems, data analysis, advanced Excel, and employee communications. I like roles where I can combine operational support with service excellence and continuous improvement.
