I am a detail-oriented Human Resources professional with hands-on recruitment experience gained through an HR internship. I have supported end-to-end hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding assistance.

I enjoy working in fast-paced HR environments where organization, communication, and confidentiality are essential. During my internship, I contributed to hiring efforts across multiple positions and helped maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

I have practical experience using LinkedIn and online job boards for candidate sourcing, and I am familiar with applicant tracking systems at a basic level. I also work confidently with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support day-to-day HR administration.

My background has strengthened my interest in talent acquisition, employee relations support, and organizational development. I am especially motivated by opportunities that allow me to help teams build effective hiring processes and positive employee experiences.

I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Mass Communication, which has further developed my communication and interpersonal skills. I bring a strong sense of teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism to every role I take on.
