I founded a technology consulting firm focused on cloud architecture, security, automation, and platform modernization for mission-critical and regulated environments. I serve national and international clients with infrastructure, governance, and cloud transformation initiatives.

I led a Terraform-based JumpCloud provider initiative that enables identity infrastructure to be managed as code, versioned, and reused. Through client engagements, I delivered Zero Trust foundations, AWS architecture, RSFN connectivity, access governance, compliance roadmaps, and technical documentation for financial and payment organizations.

I contributed to the evolution of cloud, security, and governance foundations at an international payments institution as part of a distributed international team.

I designed a future AWS multi-account Hub-and-Spoke architecture across EU and US regions, including Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, CDE isolation, and 100% infrastructure-as-code provisioning with OpenTofu and Terragrunt. I also proposed an access governance framework, mapped PCI DSS v4.0 requirements, outlined an HSM-based key custody strategy, and expanded the technical decision-record framework.

I began as an on-demand consultant and evolved into a full-time dedicated infrastructure lead for a digital accounting company backed by the Stone group.

I implemented JumpCloud as a Zero Trust identity foundation with SSO, MDM, device posture control, and SCIM provisioning, while also developing an open-source Terraform provider for JumpCloud management. I automated onboarding and offboarding, implemented monitoring controls that reduced incident recurrence by more than 90%, and led technology procurement improvements that reduced projected costs by more than 25%.

I led a hands-on AWS public-cloud adoption engagement for a Central Bank of Brazil-certified PSTI operating in the PIX payments ecosystem.

I architected and implemented RSFN connectivity in AWS, including regulatory engagement, business-plan revision, governance documentation, dedicated-link procurement, and AWS Direct Connect integration. I also designed a multi-account network architecture and advised the operations team on CI/CD modernization and continuous delivery practices.

I supported the foundation of corporate and AWS cloud infrastructure for a United States instant-payments fintech operating in the FedNow ecosystem.

I proposed corporate and cloud architecture, including a multi-account Hub-and-Spoke network design with shared services and environment segregation. I defined automation approaches for application delivery and infrastructure provisioning, prepared governance documentation, and developed a technology budget for tools, platforms, and staffing.

As a founding team member and Head of Infrastructure, I built corporate and cloud infrastructure from zero for one of Brazil's first Central Bank of Brazil-licensed card-receivables trade repositories. I led 25 direct and 15 indirect reports across infrastructure, security, and procurement.

I built a scalable, resilient Google Cloud Platform environment managed entirely as code and versioned in GitHub, supporting 1.2 million operations per day with a five-second SLA. I reduced infrastructure costs from R$10 million to R$2 million per month, coordinated TAG's SOX audit process within the StoneCo group, and established required interoperability with Nuclea and CERC.

I worked as a technical leader and infrastructure architect at one of Brazil's largest payment companies, supporting strategic platform expansion and modernization.

I helped build a new card authorizer that expanded card-brand support from two to six brands in under one year. I led the mandatory CNAB-to-SLC migration with no client impact and introduced an embedded SRE model and automated CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery flow.

I continued as a technical supervisor after Itautec was acquired by OKI Brasil, maintaining responsibility for team leadership, client contracts, and established operational standards.

I supported reliable technical operations and service delivery while preserving the performance improvements and management practices developed during my previous tenure.

I started as a field technician in commercial and corporate automation and became recognized for the best resolution-time and lowest-recurrence indicators in my team. I was promoted to supervisor in under 18 months and became the youngest person promoted to a supervisory role nationally.

I led a 45-person, 24x7 technical operations team and improved SLA performance from below 85% to 95% in under six months against a 90% target. I also led the team responsible for delivering and installing Petrobras supercomputers used for geoseismic oil-and-gas exploration calculations.
