I am a senior legal professional and attorney with more than 25 years of legal practice in Ukraine. I advise private individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies on commercial, corporate, civil, and immigration law.
I provide external, fractional, and project-based legal counsel for international companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and individuals dealing with Ukrainian legal matters. My work includes commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal research, legal opinions, and legal representation.
