I am a Psychology graduate currently completing my thesis, with experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, and healthcare settings.
I have managed calendars, files, cash handling, client communication, sales support, and public-facing administrative processes. I am organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
My professional goal is to develop as an administrative assistant, supporting human resources processes such as personnel selection, data entry and updates, and the onboarding administration of new employees.
I also have experience supporting pediatric patients and working in rehabilitation settings. These roles strengthened my active listening, assertive communication, emotional containment, conflict resolution, and report-writing skills.
I have training in autism spectrum disorder and cognitive-behavioral approaches, including functional behavior analysis. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management.
I am motivated to contribute my organizational abilities, service mindset, and psychology background to help improve operational efficiency and administrative processes.
