Modernised Windows and macOS platforms across a multi-region estate. Led escalation for the Windows 10 migration and designed a VMware Horizon VDI build using FSLogix. Consolidated 11 Configuration Manager task sequences and six driver repositories into one hardware-aware workflow. Built the initial Jamf platform and enrolment process for around 450 previously unmanaged Macs, integrating Jamf with Azure, Jamf Connect and SCEP certificate services. Introduced Patch My PC, self-service application delivery and automated remediation.
Designed and operated secure, resilient infrastructure and endpoint services for a regulated international business. Led the Microsoft 365 and hybrid Azure AD migration, introducing SSO, MFA, Intune and application-protection policies. Standardised a 50-laptop estate through Endpoint Central for application delivery, patching and endpoint security. Implemented secure remote access, Veeam replication, encryption, DLP and business-continuity controls for 50+ remote users across five countries.
Managed service delivery, endpoint engineering and hosted-desktop transformation for an MSP client base; line-managed 12 first to third-line engineers. Recovered and standardised hosted desktops across around ten client environments, reducing support tickets by 65% year on year. Designed Citrix and cloud infrastructure migrations, replaced a legacy LANDesk process with WDS, Group Policy and application packaging, and built WSUS patching for around 600 developer devices. Led discovery and proposal work for a three-year hosted-desktop contract worth £80,000 annually.
