HR Business Partner

I act as the main HR contact for business leaders, translating their needs into people solutions and advising them in decision-making. I cover generalist HR responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, people care, onboarding, learning, development, and performance evaluation.

I manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing and profile definition to posting vacancies, CV screening, competency-based interviews, candidate presentation, and onboarding. I use Bizneo and Teamtailor ATS platforms and specialize in recruiting data, software development, UX/UI design, operations, coordination, and staff profiles.

I apply relevant collective bargaining agreements and current labor legislation to support compliance. I also oversee office organization, administrative processes, and supplier coordination.
