I am an independent industrial technology architect and digitalization consultant specializing in manufacturing connectivity, edge systems, industrial data, and product architecture.
I turn practical machine-connectivity challenges into reusable, field-validated architectures. My work includes discovering data sources, connecting CNC and PLC equipment, normalizing telemetry, validating data quality, and exposing trusted information to manufacturing and higher-level industrial systems.
I am currently developing BRUSHMILL, a modular industrial platform covering connectivity, edge computing, production activity, knowledge, measurement, emulation, and AI-assisted decision support. I design stable interfaces between acquisition, normalization, diagnostics, and output layers.
My hands-on experience includes proprietary TCP protocols, OPC UA, MTConnect, Modbus, serial interfaces, ESP32-based edge devices, MDC/MES implementations, OEE analysis, and manufacturing analytics. I work directly in plant environments to identify feasible data paths and integration constraints.
Alongside engineering, I bring leadership experience in client relations, project coordination, hiring, operations, contracts, finance, and cross-functional delivery. I use modern AI tools to support architecture review, implementation, documentation, and knowledge structuring.
