Enterprise Platform & Identity Engineer

I investigate and resolve complex enterprise identity, authentication, and secure-access issues across hybrid environments. I partner with enterprise customers to diagnose federation, directory services, endpoint trust, remote access, and authentication architecture challenges and deliver sustainable solutions for large-scale deployments.

My work includes Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, RADIUS, ADFS, Windows Logon, Linux PAM, APIs, Web SDK, OWA, RDP, RD Web, and RD Gateway. I analyze federation metadata, assertions, token exchanges, certificates, claims transformations, synchronization, authentication proxies, adaptive policies, passwordless authentication, and device trust.

I collaborate with Product Engineering through Jira on defects, interoperability issues, feature requests, and product improvements. I also guide Technical Consulting Engineer I colleagues on complex investigations and participate in leadership, AI-driven support, customer-experience, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

I designed, administered, and improved enterprise infrastructure, identity services, endpoint management, Microsoft cloud technologies, and automation initiatives for approximately 600 employees across North and South America. I partnered with regional and global IT teams to modernize platforms, standardize operations, and deliver scalable services across multiple countries.

I architected an Identity Lifecycle Management platform integrating HR processes, OTRS ITSM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Power Automate, and PowerShell. This reduced onboarding and offboarding time from approximately four days to under five hours while improving governance and operational consistency.

I led Intune adoption across the Americas, including Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, application deployment, device lifecycle management, and security baselines. I also developed PowerShell automation, led a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration, supported Defender XDR investigations, managed Microsoft 365 services, and coordinated regional projects involving Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, networking, VPNs, SonicWall firewalls, storage, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid cloud services.

I served as a primary technical reference for endpoint-management initiatives and led the migration of the OTRS ITSM platform from on-premises infrastructure to SaaS. I coordinated priorities, supported implementations, assigned technical work, and helped ensure consistent operational standards with regional and global teams.

I provided desktop, hardware, software, and network support for regional users. I diagnosed LAN and WLAN connectivity issues and supported hardware deployment, maintenance, and repair.

I also assisted with internal software development that improved IT administration workflows. This role established my technical foundation in enterprise infrastructure, end-user support, and IT operations before I transitioned into engineering responsibilities.
