I am an aspiring Virtual Assistant with strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. I am focused on providing reliable and efficient support to clients through effective task management, clear communication, and attention to detail.

I am proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I can support email and calendar management, data entry, file organization, research, report preparation, and SOP documentation.

I have hands-on experience managing a Facebook page for a start-up business. My responsibilities included content scheduling, basic copywriting, and audience engagement.

I also completed a seven-month project-based engagement in Amazon product verification. This work involved reviewing product details, maintaining data accuracy, and following quality standards.

I have completed General Admin VA training and Digital Marketing and E-Commerce training. During training, I created task management systems, drafted reports and presentations, built SOPs, and managed email and calendars for mock clients.
