I’m an operations and project management professional with 10+ years of experience across e-commerce, business operations, procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and cross-functional project management.

I’m strongest when things are complex, scattered, or moving quickly. I build the systems, workflows, SOPs, and reporting structures that bring clarity to operations and make it easier for teams to execute without constant follow-up.

I’ve worked with international teams and external vendors across the U.S., Australia, the UK, and the Philippines, and I’m comfortable owning work independently in remote environments. My approach is practical: understand how the operation actually works, identify where things are getting stuck, and build processes that people will realistically use.

I’m especially interested in roles where I can take ownership of the backend, solve operational problems before they become emergencies, and give leadership better visibility so they can focus on growth.
