Technical Product Manager

I deliver technical product work for a UK-regulated brokerage partner program while remaining hands-on with Vue.js and PHP. I gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, define technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, success criteria, edge cases, and frontend/backend API contracts.

I own delivery outcomes across regulatory-aware partner onboarding, KYC-related checks, referrals, bonuses, commissions, a multi-currency partner wallet, and partner portal UX. I coordinate frontend, backend, QA, design, and business teams; contributed to splitting a product into two role-specific portals, reducing support volume, and supported payment transaction verification and anti-fraud initiatives.

As Team Lead in a three-person team, I performed Technical Product Manager responsibilities for the partner program without a dedicated product manager. I contributed to product roadmaps, managed and prioritized backlogs, led sprint planning and estimation, tracked delivery in Scrum and Kanban, mentored team members, and removed blockers.

I coordinated launches from business objectives through implementation and release across frontend, backend, QA, design, product, and business stakeholders. Under regulatory pressure, I reduced a planned four-week launch to two weeks by defining MVP scope and explicit trade-offs. I delivered affiliate dashboards, commission reporting, client tracking, regulatory-aware onboarding, referral rewards, and consistent frontend/backend API contracts.

I performed product and technical analysis with backend engineers, turning requirements into API contracts, data structures, and integration behavior. I acted as a liaison between frontend, backend, and QA teams to clarify ownership and delivery requirements early.

I delivered end-to-end integrations for more than 20 payment systems, including Swedbank, SEB, Skrill, BlueMedia, Maksekeskus, Sofort, Neteller, and QiwiWallet. My work covered multi-currency wallets, transaction verification, country limits, suspicious-activity controls, Vue and TypeScript interfaces, and PHP administrative functionality using Zend, Yii2, Docker, CI/CD, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

I owned payment processor delivery end-to-end in collaboration with Treasury, including requirements, payment provider coordination, implementation, real-payment testing, sign-off, and production release.

I worked with more than 20 international providers and delivered multi-currency withdrawal capabilities, anti-fraud functionality, and GDPR-aware handling of EU client data.

I developed functionality for registration and account opening, payment operations, bonus programs, and operational forms for Admiral Markets AS.

I also investigated failed transactions and provided technical support for payment-related and client-account processes.
