Localization Project Manager

Manage end-to-end localization operations for short-form content projects serving clients including ByteDance, Tencent, Bilibili, and Maple Leaf. Coordinate translation, post-editing, terminology management, subtitle QA, dubbing post-editing, revisions, and final delivery across English, Thai, Indonesian, Filipino, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese workflows.

Manage up to nine concurrent projects weekly, including translation-only and translation-plus-dubbing workstreams. Maintain average five-day translation delivery cycles and eight-day end-to-end dubbing project cycles, independently delivered 11 episodes for Bilibili animation localization, and supported quality initiatives involving final-content QA, terminology improvements, and customer-feedback revisions using L10N, Tomato, and Aegisub.

Managed data processing, reporting, and standardized data ledgers for government-related urban management projects. Cleaned and analyzed 5,000 to 8,000 sampled inspection records per month in Excel and produced nine monthly and quarterly reports to support client decision-making.

Coordinated the progress and quality of a three- to five-person project team, working with more than 10 government departments and 20 stakeholders. Resolved data inconsistencies and information gaps, followed up on street-level issues, and contributed to a reported completion rate above 90%.
