Junior HR and Management Specialist

I am a motivated and detail-oriented English Philology graduate currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication. My academic background has strengthened my communication, writing, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

I have experience in tutoring, account management, real estate agency management, and recruitment administration. These roles helped me develop strong customer service, organization, accuracy, and relationship-building abilities.

I am particularly interested in HR, recruitment, social media, and communication-focused projects. My internship at the Recruitment Office of Pomeranian University gave me practical exposure to recruitment-related administrative work.

I am adaptable, disciplined, and eager to learn. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and contributing to projects that connect education, technology, and communication.

I am proficient in English and communicate in several Slavic languages, including native Russian and Belarusian. I also have working knowledge of Polish and understand Ukrainian.

I am looking to develop my career in an HR, recruitment, communication, or customer-facing role where I can apply my interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and international perspective.
