I lead engineering and IT delivery, including cloud infrastructure and platform changes for Tamasha OTT since 2022. I implement and review production changes across AWS, Tencent Cloud, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud for services that have supported more than 5 million concurrent users.

I assess security, performance, scalability, capacity, and fault-tolerance requirements; stress-test infrastructure; and improve resilience by addressing single points of failure. I maintain Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Ansible automation, while troubleshooting Linux, load-balancing, and database infrastructure with Bash, Python, and Perl.

From 2016 to 2022, I led a 20-person Professional Services department delivering IVR services, telecom integrations, operational support, and platform deployments. I improved high-load systems through database tuning, microservices decomposition, and HAProxy traffic distribution, and supported Restcomm USSD Gateway and GMLC implementations for telecom clients.

I led four teams responsible for application support, charging support, reporting and analytics, and SMS/IVR broadcasting for on-premises telecom value-added services. I oversaw end-to-end service deployment, management, monitoring, and operational delivery across mobile operators.

I managed an in-house charging platform integrated with Jazz through UCIP, Zong through MML, Ufone for MT charging, and Asiacell through Diameter. I also oversaw database-driven analytics, scheduled automated reporting, broadcasting operations, and controls to prevent duplicate or post-unsubscription charging.
