As the Account Executive (AE), you are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding our footprint in current customers in an assigned geographic (GEO) territory. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity.

The Onboarding Consultant engages customers immediately following the license sale and provides guidance, insights and enablement to help them quickly and successfully deploy their use case and meet their business objectives. The Onboarding Consultant completes the Onboarding processes and covers the fundamentals for getting started using the platform.

Developer Support Engineers (DSEs) handle the most complex technical questions from developers and act as Docusign API subject matter experts for other Customer Success teams. DSEs work directly with customer and ISV developers to assist them with their API, authentication, and SDK questions across the full Docusign product line.

The Sr. Technical Support Engineer is a strategic customer advisor and the internal voice for our customer base within a highly technical area of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform (IAM).
