I have worked in Wipro and Vistara which is an Indian airline as a customer care representative so i have more than 3 years of experience in this field.
I used to work as a customer care representative and the process was called Amazon so we used to take care of customer’s queries regarding the product and anything related to the product we would have proper knowledge about the product any query related to the product or the delivery of the product we used to solve the queries over the callΒ chatΒ andΒ mail.
At Vistara Airlines my main responsibility was the same as a customer support executive but the role was different we had proper knowledge about all the slides about delaying flights the passenger would call us or chat regarding the times of the flight or delays of the flights anything regarding baggage or on the airport so we used to solveΒ theΒ queries.
