I have a proven track record in managing projects in R&D and production, with a strong focus on NMC lithium cell development, as well as mechanical and electrical supply, and project consumables. My expertise includes cost and price analysis for new EV technologies and raw material validation for DOE projects in R&D. I have experience in strategic procurement and project sourcing for automotive components, including dry-wet electrodes, active materials (both anode and cathode), stamped and machined parts, electrical components, electrolytes, separators, and NPS metal and plastic parts for battery casings. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in project installation and workforce management across various departments, including materials management, zero-based costing, NPD, SCM, WHM, and business control and administration.
I excel in vendor development for the PLI scheme, Automotive factory projects particularly for the GIGA factory, ensuring a reliable supply of direct raw materials and parts for production at the GIGA/ Production shop floor.
