I’m a seasoned bilingual (French/English) customer success professional with over 10 years of experience in building strong client relationships across retail, telecommunications, and corporate. I’m currently in a customer success role at JTI-MacDonald. I specialize in all things relating to onboarding, engagement, and retention.
My track record includes managing multi-brand customer support at VF Outdoor (for brands like The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Jansport) and exceeding retention goals at Fido/Rogers, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences through both analytical and interpersonal skills.
Right now, I’m diving into an exciting new chapter as a first-time dad, so I’m looking for a part-time role that’ll let me balance both worlds for the next few months. Once everything settles in, I’ll be ready to jump back in full-time.
