In my current role at the online publication What Sleeps Beneath, I balance many projects simultaneously while prioritizing quality. This includes the management of an editorial calendar, communicating with key stakeholders on upcoming and current projects, project assignment through our workflow systems, and facilitating idea-generating conversations across teams in an encouraging, uplifting, and exciting manner.
