In charge of mailing physical copies of compliance letters to clients. Responsible for reviewing and editing documents related to violations and fines, and creating backup copies. Successful processing of 300 letters on average every day.

Researched, wrote, recorded, and edited content for the company’s social media platforms (website, Instagram, and TikTok). Content types included scripts, short videos, a digital magazine, blogs, and copywriting for social media. Successfully grew the Instagram profile from 5k to 9.5k followers in six months, leading a team of two interns.
Designed the launch campaign of the consulting services. Successfully supported 10 local businesses in evolving their social media strategies.
Organized quarterly and semi-annual events with local entrepreneurs in mind. Management of logistics, materials, speakers, and suppliers.
Served as host for a season of the company’s YouTube channel content.

Authored over 1500 articles, informational and journalistic. Covering topics related to pet care, animal news, and viral stories, getting views from followers in Mexico, as well as from across Latin America and Europe.
Utilizing SEO tools and strategies, I managed to position an article on animal testing in the top spot on the Google search results ranking.
Basic image and video editing to include as part of the news article’s content. Managed the official social media accounts of the site (by turns).
