Production Assistant / Warehouse Supervisor

I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) at Politeknik Banting Selangor, with a GPA of 3.12 out of 4.0. I am dedicated to improving my skills and knowledge continuously, setting clear goals and purposefully practicing to achieve them. My industrial training experience has provided me with practical insights into the manufacturing sector.

I have worked as a Production Assistant at Elentec Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where I supported production processes across various industries including television, microwave, washing machine, medical devices, refrigerator, electric parts, and manufacturing. This role helped me develop strong organizational and coordination skills.

Additionally, I served as a Warehouse Supervisor at LTH Maju Enterprise, overseeing daily warehouse operations such as inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. I was responsible for process improvements, training, documentation, and maintaining accurate records using warehouse management software.

My responsibilities also included collaborating with team members to efficiently load and unload trucks, conducting regular inventory audits, preparing orders for shipment, and addressing customer inquiries. I am committed to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment through routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.

I possess strong administrative support skills, including handling paperwork, managing production accounts and expenses, and performing general office duties. I am adept at logistics and coordination, assisting with scheduling, booking travel, coordinating crew and talent, and managing equipment.

On set, I assist with preparing sets, setting up equipment, running errands, crowd control, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. I am an effective communicator and problem solver, acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

I am disciplined, responsible, determined, hardworking, fast-learning, multi-tasking, analytical, creative, cooperative, flexible, adaptable, patient, and persistent. I am fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Tamil, which helps me work effectively in diverse teams.
